Sơ chế các nguyên liệu đã chuẩn bị. Kim chi cắt nhỏ miếng vừa ăn. Cà rốt rửa sạch cắt sợi. Thịt xông khói áp chảo cháy cạnh. Trộn trứng gà với cơm đã chuẩn bị cho đều.
Cho chảo lên bếp, đổ 1 chút dầu ăn. Cho cà rốt đã cắt sợi vào xào trước vì cà rốt lâu chín. Sau đó cho cơm, kim chi và tương ớt Hàn Quốc, muối, tiêu vào đảo đều trên bếp. Cuối cùng là thịt xông khói cắt nhỏ và dầu mè đảo thêm 2 phút và tắt bếp.
