Bí ngồi rửa sạch, bào sợi nhỏ rồi vắt cho ráo nước rồi cho vào tô lớn.

Trong một chảo vừa, cho dầu vào đun sôi. Dùng muỗng múc một lượng nhỏ bí, cho vào chảo, tạo thành hình bánh dán dẹt. Chiên cho đến khi vàng nâu cả hai bên là được.
