Khuấy hỗn hợp trứng, rót từ từ cho đến hết sữa đã đun vào, đổ hỗn hợp trở lại nồi, cho lên bếp khuấy liền tay đến khi hỗn hợp đặc lại thì tắt bếp. Cho gelatine đã nấu tan vào, khuấy đều. Đổ hỗn hợp vào một tô sạch. Để trên một thau nước lạnh khuấy cho thật nguội, đổ kem tươi đánh bông vào, trộn đều
Cho mứt cắt nhỏ và nho khô vào trộn đều.
Cho bánh lady finger đã nghiền vụn vào, trộn đều.
Đổ vào khuôn, dàn đều, dùng giấy bạc phủ kín, để vào tủ lạnh ít nhất 2 giờ.
Trước khi dùng, lấy khuôn ra khỏi tủ lạnh, nhúng khuôn vào nước nóng rồi úp xuống đĩa, trang trí pudding với trái cây tươi.
